Evolved sleeve hole protective cover [QPF series] waterproofing protection for slab penetration holes.

We have invented a protective cover with a simple structure that reliably prevents any deviation from the opening and ensures that rainwater does not flow into the opening!

We are seeking companies that can commercialize (productize) a completely new sleeve hole water stop cover designed to prevent cover displacement and rainwater intrusion. *Our company has obtained a patent license, but we have not yet reached the productization stage. We would be grateful if companies that are considering new products could make use of this. *We often receive inquiries about the size and price of the sleeve hole water stop cover through piping material wholesalers, but we inform them each time that "it has not yet been productized." We hope to realize productization as soon as possible. This invention was created in response to strong requests from those on multi-story construction sites, such as tower apartments! It combines prevention of foot penetration at floor slab openings with water stop protection, allowing for easy installation and removal, and can be reused without disposal. However, construction companies will need to manage and store the product after the completion of construction. Therefore, we propose productization of the "Sleeve Hole Water Stop Cover (tentative name: Yellow Cap)" for rental purposes. [Product Features] - Prevention of foot penetration (warning) - Prevention of rainwater intrusion to lower floors (water stop measures) - Easy installation (lightweight and durable, no tools required) *For more details, please contact us.

Sleeve protective cover "CF Cap"

Properly protect the sleeve holes during building construction.

Ideal for preventing foreign objects from falling to the lower floor and water droplets from entering, reusable, and compatible with various hole diameters! 【Features】 ■ The top cover and legs can be removed with a single touch. Compact storage makes on-site management easy. ■ Compatible with sleeve diameters from 50φ to 230φ. The legs are common for all sizes, and the top cover can be selected from four sizes. ■ Reusable. It is less likely to shift from the sleeve hole, making it resistant to deformation and suitable for repeated use. ■ Prevents water leakage. By applying caulking all around, it prevents water from entering the lower floor. Additionally, the shape allows the caulking material to fit securely, enabling effective protection while minimizing usage. Removal after installation can also be done smoothly. ■ Fits perfectly in the sleeve hole with spring power. It fits securely in the center position relative to the sleeve hole.
